Privacy Notice

Our company takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We want you to know when we store which data and how we use it. When processing personal data, we comply with the requirements of the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) and the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

  1. General
Under no circumstances will your data be used to create user profiles of any kind whatsoever. Statistical data on accesses to this website without concrete personal reference (e.g. number of pages accessed per day or ranking of pages visited) is collected and stored. We do not know who has been on our pages for how long and how they have behaved during the visits. Cookies are used for certain functions of this website. A cookie is a small text file stored by your web browser. Cookies are not used by us to create user profiles.

  2. Personal Data
If you participate in one of our personalised services, you will be asked separately for the data required to process the services. It is your free decision to participate in these services and to enter the corresponding data. We only use your personal data to provide you with the selected application or service. Your personal data will only be used by us.

  3. Further Information on Data Protection
Remember: Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online (e.g. in the guestbook, by e-mail, in forums), it can be collected and used by others. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

  4. Use of Cookies
"Cookies" are small files that enable us to store information specific to you, the user, on your PC when you visit one of our websites. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our Internet pages, as well as to make our offers as convenient and efficient as possible for you.
On the one hand, we use so-called "session cookies", which are stored exclusively for the duration of your use of one of our Internet pages. On the other hand, we use "permanent cookies" to record information about visitors who repeatedly access one of our Internet pages. The purpose of using these cookies is to provide you with optimal user guidance, to "recognize" you and to present you with as varied a website and new content as possible when you repeatedly use it. The content of a permanent cookie is limited to an identification number. Name, IP address etc. are not stored. An individual profile of your usage behaviour is not created.

A use of our offers is also possible without Cookies. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser, restrict it to certain websites or set your browser so that it notifies you as soon as a cookie is sent. You can also delete cookies from the hard disk of your PC at any time (folder: "Cookies"). Please note, however, that in this case you must expect a restricted display of the page and limited user guidance.

  5. The Rights of Data Subjects
Pursuant to Art. 15 ff DSGVO, data subjects have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and oppose the processing of their data.

Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 13 para. 2 item c DSGVO, data subjects have the right to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data in the future if the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 a or Art. 9 para. 2 a DSGVO. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation is not affected.

As a rule, however, revocation does not fulfil the purpose for which the data were collected. The written form is required for the exercise of the rights. Please contact us for this purpose by e-mail at info@amtc-dresden.com

  6. Deletion of Personal Data
Personal data will be deleted if the purpose for the storage no longer applies and no legal norm (e.g. for the statutory retention period) prescribes the retention of the data. The provisions of Art. 17 DSGVO in conjunction with § 35 BDSG apply. If deletion is not possible for legal, contractual, commercial or tax reasons, the processing of data may be restricted at the request of the data subject. The written form is required for the exercise of the right.

  7. The Data Subject's Right to Transfer Data
The company ensures the right to data transfer in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO. Each person concerned has the right to receive a copy of his/her personal data in a standard machine-readable file format.
