    Engineer (m/f/d) - Process control

    Your responsibilities include:

    Optimize our manufacturing processes for the production of photomasks from an integrative perspective. As part of a global network of experts you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry in manufacturing high-quality and competitive products. Your varied range of tasks include:

    • Cross departmental responsibility for the application of statistical process control (SPC) at the site
    • Maintenance and further development of the existing system for statistical process control
    • Provision and improvement of interfaces between SPC, production line and engineers
    • Development and provision of models that enable processes to be controlled based on collected data
    • Record and analysis of key performance indicators
    • Initiating and leading of cross-departmental measures to improve SPC
    • Guiding and advising engineers to make SPC effective in their field
    • Responsibility for managing and implementing measures to improve the SPC of individual processes

    Your profile:

    • You have a degree in natural sciences or an equivalent academic background
    • You have knowledge in the field of statistical process control (SPC, etc.) or general statistical methods as well as basic programming skills
    • You are experienced in dealing with integrative problems and in solving technically challenging tasks
    • You have experience in leading technical projects and you are used to work independently
    • You possess very good communication skills in German and English
    • Professional experience in semiconductor processing or mask manufacturing or nano structuring is advantageous

    Process Engineer (m/f/d) - Metrology

Become a member of our Engineering team and be responsible for the optimization of our high-tech tools in the metrology department. You provide modern metrological methodologies for the measurement of structures on the nanometer scale for our production line and for technology development. Work jointly with our customers in the semiconductor industry to support them in producing high-quality and competitive microprocessors, logic and memory products.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Ownership for metrology processes (e.g. CD-SEM, optical measurement methods, atomic force microscope AFM)
    • Ownership for metrology tools and production processes including statistical process control (SPC)
    • Continuous support of our production team
    • Analysis and assurance of quality-related parameters of the photomasks
    • Continuous improvement of metrology processes (e.g. First-Time-Right, reduction of cycle time, tool uptime)
    • Development and implementation of new customer requirements, measurement processes and tools
    • Close interaction with the local service team and technology experts of tool suppliers
    • Involvement in a worldwide network of experts
