    Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

    Your responsibilities include:

    Optimize our manufacturing processes for the production of photomasks from an integrative perspective. As part of a global network of experts you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry in manufacturing high-quality and competitive products. Your varied range of tasks include:

    • You are responsible for the process of manufacturing and monitoring mask material (“blanks” – substrate and coating)
    • You will develop and document procedures for the mask material process
    • You are responsible for cross-departmental monitoring of the production with regard to the required product properties
    • You carry out data-based analyses of process behavior and actual / target deviations
    • You will work closely with those responsible for the individual processes and IT to implement cross-departmental projects in the data-driven continuous improvement process (CIP)

    Your profile:

    • As a successful candidate you have a degree in physics, physical chemistry, material sciences or an equivalent academic background
    • You have ideally first experiences in semiconductor industry
    • You are experienced in the development and utilization of technical data
    • You are able to summarize and explain technical contexts for internal and external customers
    • You like to solve technically challenging tasks and are used to work independently
    • You possess good communication skills (German and English)
