    Manager (m/f/d) - Lithography

    Would you like to take up the challenge of working in an innovative, goal-oriented environment of an internationally operating company? If so, our company is the right address!

    Your responsibilities include:

    As a manager of our department Lithography, you will work closely with our engineering and production departments and contribute to the production of high-quality photolithography masks for our customers in the semiconductor industry. Your wide range of responsibilities includes:

    • Disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of engineers and technicians
    • Monitoring and improving of critical key performance indicators (costs, availability, times of repairing, defect density, etc.)
    • Coordination and control of all operational tasks, e. g. maintenance measures
    • Monitoring and optimizing the key performance indicators of the tools and processes
    • Initiating, control and implementation of continuous improvement as well as development projects
    • Stay in contact to our suppliers and their local service teams
    • Ensuring the technology- and process-roadmap in alignment with AMTC´s partner companies

    Your Profile

    • You have a degree in physics, chemistry, engineering, material science or a comparable field
    • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the industrial semiconductor environment and at least 3 years of management experience
    • You have strong project management skills
    • You have gained in-depth knowledge and experience in the management and administration of small series production processes and in dealing with customers
    • You have very good communication skills in German as well as English and feel comfortable in an international environment
    • Knowledge of and experience with lithographic production processes and electron beam systems complete your profile

    Your profile:

    • You have successfully completed training or studies in the commercial field and ideally have relevant professional experience
    • You are very well versed in PC skills (especially MS Office applications)
