Manager IT (f/m/d) Operations & Infrastructure
Would you like to take up the challenge of working in an innovative, goal-oriented environment of an internationally operating company? If so, our company is the right address! You are responsible for an efficient and effective IT infrastructure. You manage a team of IT engineers and work closely with our project managers, Engineering and Production teams. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring and further developing the operation of an efficient and high-quality IT infrastructure as well as key services

Your profile:
- As a successful candidate, you have a university degree in computer sciences or engineering with an IT focus
- You possess at least five years of professional experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, as well as initial personnel management experience
- You have a wide knowledge of IT infrastructure, Linux, Windows, network, cyber-security, (Git)DevOps methods and tools and M365 services
- You possess a very structured working style and strong project management skills
- You demonstrate good communication skills both in German and English

Engineering Manager (m/f/d) - Front End of Line

As a member of our engineering management team, you will be responsible for the successful production and development of new technologies. As manager of our Front End of Line department, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams. Process Engineer (m/f/d) - Plasma Etching

As a member of our engineering team, you are responsible for the optimization of our high-tech tools as well as our processes in the field of plasma etching. You work in close cooperation with our customers in the semiconductor industry and support them in the production of high quality, competitive microprocessor, logic and memory products.

This is a limited position for the period of 18 months.

Your responsibilities include:
- Technical monitoring and controlling of plasma etch processes and tools
- Operational problem solving for tool problems or process deviations in close cooperation with other departments and local plant service teams
- Development of new etching processes according to the requirements of the partners and customers of the AMTC
- Systematical analyses and optimization of established etch processes for continuous defect reduction and yield enhancement
- Interacting closely with the local service team and technology experts from tool vendors
